Refund Policy – Convinced Tour
At Convinced Tour, we strive to offer unique and memorable experiences. We understand that unforeseen events may arise, which is why we have a clear and fair refund policy.
- Cancellations by the Client
With less than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund of the amount paid.
With more than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellations by Convinced Tour
If, due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or logistical reasons, we are forced to cancel an excursion, the client may choose between:
Rescheduling the excursion at no additional cost.
Requesting a full refund of the amount paid.
- Reservation Modifications
Modifications (date, number of people, type of excursion) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. They are subject to availability and possible additional charges. - Procedure for requesting a refund
