At Convinced Tour, we strive to offer unique and memorable experiences. We understand that unforeseen events may arise, which is why we have a clear and fair refund policy.

  1. Cancellations by the Client
    With less than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund of the amount paid.

With more than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund will be issued.

  1. Cancellations by Convinced Tour
    If, due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or logistical reasons, we are forced to cancel an excursion, the client may choose between:

Rescheduling the excursion at no additional cost.

Requesting a full refund of the amount paid.

  1. Reservation Modifications
    Modifications (date, number of people, type of excursion) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. They are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
